1. WHO CAN PLAY

Intramural Sports activities are available to all current Leeward students, as well as University Affiliates (faculty/staff).  Every participant must complete the Application Form that includes the waivers.

2. Entry Fees

It is a $120 team fee to compete in the UH Manoa Intramural Sports League.  The Leeward CC Student Life Office will be paying for your fee.

4. FORFEITS

A forfeit constitutes:
(1) non-appearance,
(2) less than required minimum number of players on the court at game time,
(3) late appearance (not ready to play 5 minutes after the scheduled game time)

A forfeit by a team will result immediate disqualification from that League and will not be allowed to enter any intramural sports for the remaining 2012-2013 academic year.

5. DRUGS/ALCOHOL

No possession or consumption of drugs/alcohol is permitted on University property.

6. EQUIPMENT

All players will be required to bring a white and a dark colored shirt to games.  These will serve as uniforms, and do not need to be matching.

7. EJECTION POLICY

Any player ejected from an Intramural contest shall be ineligible from further competition in any sport until he/she meets with the Student Life Coordinator.

8. TEAM SCHEDULES

Check out when your team is playing on the team schedule. TBD

9. RULES

TBA

10. Captain's Meetings

The Captain from your team MUST attend the Captain’s Meeting at UH Manoa on the Wednesday of registration deadline at 8pm.  Location: Indicated on each contact information form

If the captain does not attend the Captain’s Meeting your team is disqualified.

The purpose of captains’ meetings is to explain the Intramural guidelines and procedures. They will also cover the basic rules of specified team sports.

Each team entering an Intramural sport  must appoint a team captain. The captain is the official liaison between the team and the Intramural Sports program. The captain must be listed as a member of the team on the official team roster.

11. FREE AGENTS

Free agents (individuals) will be assigned a team upon completion of registration.  The team roster (based on the free agents) will be emailed to all free agents the day after registration closes.  It is up to the teams to choose their captains and organize yourselves.

If there are not enough free agents we will not be able to form a team, so recruit friends and peers so this does not happen.
